
Jonathan Dennis

Bio
Jonathan Dennis was born and raised in Citronelle, Alabama. He spent his early life as an avid outdoorsman becoming an Eagle Scout prior to graduating high school. He went on to further his education at the University of Southern Mississippi. While at the University of Southern Mississippi, he made it onto the Dean’s List and President’s List several times. He completed his Bachelor of Arts in Criminal Justice with an emphasis in Juvenile Justice and a minor in Philosophy in 2016.
He continued his education at the University of Southern Mississippi by pursuing a master’s degree in Political Science where he studied Comparative Politics and American Government. Throughout graduate school, he served as a graduate teaching assistant for Political Science and Economics. He spent his summers as a research assistant and eventually a professor’s assistant on a Study Abroad trip to Italy. After graduating from the University of Southern Mississippi in 2018, he began to pursue his dreams of becoming a lawyer.
In August 2018, Jonathan enrolled at The University of Mississippi School of Law. While there, he developed a love for advocacy as a member of the University of Mississippi School of Law’s Trial Advocacy Board. He graduated from the University of Mississippi School of Law in 2021 and was admitted to the Mississippi Bar in the same year.
When not in the office, Jonathan enjoys spending time with his family and friends. He is an avid sports fan and enjoys hunting and fishing in his free time.
